By accessing the Website or by otherwise accessing any content, software, products or services available through the Website (”the Content”), you are deemed to have entered into an agreement with Inspired Community and to have agreed to be bound by the Terms set out below.

Registration and Login Responsibilities
When registering to become a community member of the Website, you agree to provide true, accurate, correct and complete information, whether in respect of membership Content or free Content. You may at any time access Inspired Community’s privacy policy to understand how we use and protect your personal information.
It is your responsibility to notify Inspired Community of any changes to that information (in particular your email address) by contacting us.
Each registration is for a single user only. If you already have an account but cannot access it, or wish to change your username, please contact us. You agree that you will not impersonate any other person or entity or use a false name/company name or a name that you are not authorised to use. You also agree that you will not disclose your password or username to any other person, or allow your password or user name to be used by any other person to access the Content and/or services. Access through a single name and password being made available to multiple users on a network is not permitted.
You are solely responsible for all use of the Website and/or Content made by you or anyone else using your user name and password and for preventing the unauthorised use of your user name and password. You agree to notify Inspired Community immediately if you become aware of any breach of security, such as the disclosure, loss, theft of any username, password or ID or any unauthorised use of a username, password, or any other login details, by contacting us.
If you use or receive any messaging/email service from the Website, you must not use the service to send, or use or re-use any material which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, libellous, or indecent or which infringes copyright or other rights of third parties, or which contains any other form of illegal content. You must not use the service to send any Spam mails.
A-Team reserves the right to monitor and record activity on the Website, including access to Content and/or services.
Removal of Access & Modification of Information
You accept that we reserve the right to refuse or delete your membership and access of any or all sections of this website at any time at our own discretion. We do not need to give you a reason should we decide to do this. You agree we have the right to remove or modify any information submitted to this website as we see fit.
We reserve the right to ban you if we feel you have broken any of our community guidelines; there may not be a warning prior to a ban. Depending upon the circumstances, we may pass your information onto your Internet Service Provider or the police.
You accept that we reserve the right to change these terms at any time without notice, and that it is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of any changes made to these terms.
Community Guidelines
By accessing the site, you agree to be bound by the following community guidelines:

The discussion of any illegal activity.
Sexually explicit or offensive language or content.
Inflammatory or defamatory comments, flaming or taunting.
Abuse or harassment of our staff or other members.
Abuse or disruption of our services.
The impersonation of Inspired Community staff.
Copyrighted materials (articles, videos, audio, etc.) that you do not have permission to reproduce or distribute.
The same post being made in more than one Talking Point category or Group. Only post in the single most relevant topic. Do not post the same message in multiple Talking Points or Groups.
Advertising of third party services, products or websites that you are affiliated with or have an interest in, unless authorised by us in advance and in writing. You may link to one website in your Group signature, but it must not be accompanied with any promotional text. The link anchor text may only include the name of your site. Affiliate links are not permitted in signatures or posts under any circumstances.
Questions or criticism relating to Inspired Community policies, staff or moderator actions in the public forums. If you wish to complain or comment about our policies or a staff member, please contact us directly.
If you ever need clarification on any part of our community guidelines or terms of use or have a question, suggestion, feedback or a problem with the site, please feel free to contact us directly to ensure that it receives the proper attention. Please do not post it on the website as it will be removed.
Your Obligations
You agree not to use the Website and/or Content (or any part thereof) for any illegal purpose and agree to use it in accordance with all relevant laws. You agree not to upload or transmit through the Website and/or Content any computer viruses, macro viruses, Trojan horses, worms or anything else designed to interfere with, interrupt or disrupt the normal operating procedures of a computer. By submitting content to this website, you represent that you have a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right (including any moral rights) and license to use, license, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, derive revenue or other remuneration from, communicate to the public, perform and display the content (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for the full term of any Rights that may exist in such content.

You agree to any information you have entered on the site being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent we cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt or system failure that may lead to the data being compromised or lost.
Force Majeure
Inspired Community, its affiliates and its information providers will not be liable or deemed to be in default for any delay or failure in performance or interruption of the delivery of Inspired Community Content resulting directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance beyond its or their reasonable control, including but not limited to failure of electronic or mechanical equipment or communication lines, telephone or other connection problems, computer viruses, unauthorised access, theft, operator errors, severe weather, earthquakes or natural disasters, strikes or other labour problems, wars, terrorist attacks, or governmental restrictions.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with any order form and payment method instructions set forth the entire agreement and understanding between you and us relating to the subject matter herein. Any prior written or verbal agreements are superseded by this Agreement. No oral explanation or oral information given by either of us shall alter the interpretation of these Terms.

Changes to the Site
Inspired Community reserves the right to suspend, change, modify, add or remove portions of Inspired Community Content available on the Website at any time and to restrict the use and accessibility of the Website.
Changes to These Terms
Inspired Community may, at its discretion, add to or change the provisions of this agreement from time to time. All additions and changes will be notified to you by being posted on this page. It is your responsibility as a user to refer to these additions and changes. They will come into effect immediately on being posted and you will be deemed to have accepted them if you make access to the Website after that time. If you do not wish to accept them, you must terminate this agreement as described above.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us, or any subsidiary or holding company as defined in section 736 and 736A of the Companies Act 1985 and our and their officers, directors and employees, immediately on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of these Terms by you. You shall not enter into any settlement or compromise of any such claim or action without our prior written consent. We may, at our sole discretion, assume and control the defence of such claim or action.
