Get Into the Jubilee Spirit with Winchester's Plans for Best of British Festival 2012

This video highlights the plans Winchester has for a series of special events showcasing everything that makes Britain great to mark The Queen's Diamond Jubilee and the run up to the Olympic and Paralympic Game. The events will be held between 25 May and 26 July 2012.

During the festival visitors to King Alfred's ancient capital can catch an array of events starring some of the greatest names in British theatre, broadcasting, literature, politics and the military. There will be music, dancing, street parties, children's activities and a series of ‘foodie’ events and promotions celebrating local produce.
